Job Description:

Maintain, troubleshoot and ensure data integrity of HR systems.

Provide organization-wide reporting and data feeds as necessary.

Evaluate, design and maintain systems in support of HR and business processes and implement technical enhancements and upgrades.

Qualifications/Work Experience:

·3+ years HRIS analysis experience.

·Demonstrated ability to manage a project, software implementation or upgrade.

·Process improvement orientation.

·Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.

·Demonstrated customer service orientation; ability to provide service/remain focused in a demanding environment.

·Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve sensitive problems.

Education/Special Training Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Demonstrated software knowledge (Lawson or similar HRIS, Microsoft Office, ADP, KRONOS and Crystal Reports).

HR Generalist experience or PHR a plus
