Industry leader looking for HR Coordinator to join its growing team!
Job Description The incumbent will support the HR Recruitment team in all administrative, recruitment support and candidate processing/hiring functions, which includes:
- Applicant tracking Maintenance
- Entering/updating data on the Brassring/recruitment system
- Coordinating and scheduling testing, interviews, and final processing schedules
- Faxing, photocopying and filing
- Prepare correspondences
- Prepare mailings of orientation kits and other items as needed
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications/Work Experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related concentration strongly preferred. Minimum of two years administrative and/or Human Resources support experience.
- Must have excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office software such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Outlook.
- Previous experience in e-recruitment website tracking preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment is essential.
Education and/or Special Training Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related concentration strongly preferred.
