Description:
Develop recruiting strategy for talent acquisition. Partner with the Director of HR in a rapidly growing division of Stryker and be a part of building the future of this division.
Source, screen, interview partner with and make recommendations to hiring managers for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory and Administrative openings.
Use electronic web-based recruitment tools to update Applicant Tracking system to reflect requisitions and candidate activity.
Take a leadership role in designing and developing the division's co-op and internship programs and develop University relationships.
Develop and manage Diversity Recruiting initiatives.
High level of energy, creativity and independent thinking required.
Demonstrated organizational development and communication skills.
Involvement in broader human resource generalist activities as appropriate.
5 - 7 Years of Recruitment Experience, preferrably within medical device, life science or pharmaceutical firm.
Proven experience working with a variety of recruiting sources, i.e., own initiative sourcing, university, agency, search firms, electronic/web based and others as appropriate
Experience with Gallup or other Assessment Instruments a plus
Bachelors Degree; PHR Certification a plus
