Growing Bergen County firm is searching for a top Benfits & Comp. Analyst.
This person will research, evaluate, analyze and implement corporate benefits and compensation policies.
Responsible for reviewing programs, suggesting modifications, and ensuring achievement of competitive market position and other goals identified by the organization.
Responsible for administering programs to meet employees' needs, and comply with legal requirements.
Ensures the compensation and benefits programs enhance the organization's ability to recruit and retain employees.
More specifically this position will assist in the management of relationships with vendors;
serve as a resource for all benefits/comp related questions from field offices;
administer and communicate both benefits and comp programs;
develop best practices;
complete legal required filings and tests;
conduct job evaluations, and market pricing;
design incentive plans; and make salary recommendations.
Required is a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in the area of Benefits/Comp.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Strong analytical, presentation, persuasion and collaborative skills necessary to build and maintain proactive involvement with peers and customers.
Superior communication and proven organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail and sensitivity toward a high sense of urgency.
Knowledge of ADP/Payroll is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or related field. Master's degree a plus
