Junior Accountant
Location: Boulder, CO
This is a contract-to-hire position, in-office position based in Boulder, CO.
Pay: $55,000-$75,000

About The Role
We are seeking a Junior Accountant with 0-4 years of accounting experience who thrives in a positive, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including:
- Accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
- Payroll processing
- Bank reconciliations
- General ledger maintenance
- Expense reporting
- Corporate credit card reconciliations
- Month-end close
- Prepare supplemental weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports
- Work independently to solve problems and take ownership of responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality across all financial data and communications
- Report directly to the Director of Finance and Accounting
Requirements
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial mindset and work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with Sage Intacct is a plus)
- Holds a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (Accounting preferred)
