Building Engineer – Class A Commercial Office (Direct Hire) Location: Denver Tech Center (Greenwood Village, CO) | On-site Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am – 3:30pm, plus after-hours on-call About the Opportunity AimHire is partnering with a well-established real estate investment and development firm to find a Building Engineer for two Class A office properties in the Denver Tech Center. Our client is active across all major property classes and is known for its hands-on, collaborative team and its commitment to high-quality, well-run assets. This is a strong fit for a mid-level engineer who has moved beyond entry level and wants more ownership, but isn't looking for a chief engineer role just yet. What You'll Do You'll be the primary on-site engineer for two Class A buildings, splitting your time between a main property and a second nearby property (roughly 60–70% at the main site). Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you'll keep building systems running safely and efficiently, and you'll be the first point of contact when something comes up.
