HR Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Lone Tree, CO 
Pay: $24–$25/hour
Type: 90-Day Contract-to-Hire Location: In-Office Monday–Thursday, Remote Fridays

About the Role

We're seeking an entry-level HR Coordinator to support our client's HR team with day-to-day operational and compliance work. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to build hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

What You'll Do

• Process ADA accommodation requests and support related documentation
• Assist with HR compliance reporting
• Support smaller employee relations matters, including policy clarification, remote work requests, and attendance policy guidance for people leaders
• Work daily within Workday (HRIS)

What We're Looking For

• Prior HR internship, coursework, or entry-level HR experience preferred
• Bachelor's in Human Resources preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive/confidential information
• Familiarity with Workday or another HRIS is a plus
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with employees and people leaders
