AimHire is partnering with a global leader in the medical device industry to find a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Americas Talent Acquisition team. What You'll Do

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for your assigned region and business functions, using the company's recruitment process and applicant tracking system
  • Build diverse, qualified talent pools through direct sourcing, advertising, networking, and referrals
  • Develop an external network of passive candidates and industry contacts
  • Advise hiring managers on interview techniques, selection criteria, and assessment tools; lead hiring team debriefs
  • Provide thoughtful feedback throughout the process to guide strong hiring decisions
  • Handle candidate and employee data in line with company policy and privacy regulations

Reporting and Administration

  • Keep recruitment activity accurately and promptly recorded in the ATS
  • Coordinate biweekly recruitment reports alongside the global team
  • Ensure job files are complete and compliant with internal policy and legislation

Continuous Improvement

  • Help grow the company's social media and employer brand presence
  • Build relationships with retained and contingency search firms, professional associations, and industry groups
  • Share best practices and contribute to global recruitment projects
  • Help design competitive, compelling offer packages that improve the candidate experience
  • Track market and industry trends to inform smart talent acquisition strategies

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 2–4+ years of recruiting experience, in a corporate in-house role, an agency, or a search firm
  • Proven experience recruiting senior-level talent (Director and above) in a complex, matrixed corporate environment
  • A track record of leveraging search firms, professional organizations, and personal networks to find talent
  • Strong sourcing skills and creativity in uncovering passive candidates
  • Hands-on experience with job boards, candidate databases, applicant tracking systems, search partners, and campus recruiting channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple time-sensitive searches in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels

Nice to Have

  • Life sciences or medical device recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting across the Americas region
  • Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms
  • Working knowledge of global mobility programs and compensation trends
