As recruitment coordinator, Kaitlin is responsible for processing payroll: time cards/approvals, confirmation of pay rates and hours, bonuses, sick pay and reimbursements. She processes new hire paperwork including employee agreements, I-9 and W-4 forms, direct deposits, drug screens, background authorizations and references, as well as submits new hires to the state. Kaitlin manages company billing, creating client invoices, processing check deposits and ACH payments, and running internal reporting on accounts receivable.
Before joining AimHire, Kaitlin worked as a nanny and worked as a marketing intern at a fashion PR firm in London. She moved to Colorado and began working at AimHire.
Kaitlin received her bachelor’s degree in mass communication/media studies from James Madison University and minored in Human Resource Development.
During the ski season, Kaitlin skis every weekend she can. She also loves to spend time with friends and family and prepare new recipes for them. She has a passion for live music, no matter the band or size venue.
