Pay: $26/hr - $28/hr (based on experience)

About The Role
We are seeking a Property Associate to serve as the primary administrative point of contact for an Office property or portfolio. This entry-level position provides an outstanding opportunity to launch a career in commercial property management, working alongside experienced professionals committed to your growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating resolution of maintenance issues
- Support the property management team with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of property records and databases
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), certificates of insurance (COIs), code invoices, and complete other financial tasks
- Assist with vendor coordination and work order management to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair activities
- Help prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates for senior management and clients
- Support lease administration activities including tenant move-in processes, document filing, and communication coordination
- Assist with tenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives to enhance tenant experience
- Provide backup support for reception duties, mail distribution, and general office operations as needed
Requirements
- Commercial property management/real estate experience
- Experience with AP/AR, invoice processing, and basic financial tasks
- Administrative, customer service, accounting, or related experience
- Strong tenant/customer service and communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office/Excel and data entry skills
- Experience with vendor coordination, work orders, or maintenance requests
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and property records
- Experience with lease administration or tenant move-ins preferred
